Founder and Managing Partner, Everyday California
Christopher Lynch is the co-founder and managing partner of Everyday California, responsible for strategic planning, the brands creative concept and design, and the company’s online presence. Lynch purchased the company in 2010 as OEX Dive & Kayak. Along with his founding partner, Michael Samer, Lynch rebranded the then-small kayaking operation into a notable lifestyle company, extending the adventure offering and launching a premium California-sourced apparel line. Prior to the acquisition, Lynch spent two years as a tour guide for OEX, leading kayak tours and promoting the company.
Before diving into action water sports, Lynch pursued a career in finance, spending nearly six years as a client services manager for Lynch Investment Management, and two years at entry-level positions with Altegris Investments and Wachovia Securities Financial Network. With a strong interest in acting, Lynch also spent time studying the craft at the famed Beverly Hills Playhouse.
Lynch holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics from San Diego State University. When he isn’t out living the California dream and supporting local ocean-related charities, Lynch enjoys surfing, golfing and traveling the world in search of adventure.
