Joe Spinozzi

Joe Spinozzi is the founder and CEO of Cyth Systems, a company with 20 years’ experience designing and building Automated Test Equipment and Embedded Control Systems for companies that manufacture and design products in nearly every industry.  With a background in Physics, and as a Quality and Test Engineer, the transition from engineering to entrepreneur has been a natural one that benefits from a mind that enjoys planning, discipline, and process.  Yet that transformation has had its challenges, and EO has been a great benefit to both learn and share business experience with others.  “My biggest joy at work is the buzz of my team in the office.  Seeing a room full of engineers and customers collaborating over several workbenches, equipment, and diverse projects… I just love to stand by the doorway and watch and listen to the buzz.”
