*Members two-night room stay is free, based on double occupancy (room with another EO member). Members are welcome to reserve their own room for a flat fee of $400 for the two-night stay. Spouses or Life Partners are welcome to join members who wish to reserve their own room at no additional cost. Payment is due at time of registration at the link provided below.

– Members are responsible for paying for and reserving their own round-trip flight reservations. Recommendations for flights are provided below for reference, and transportation to/from Cabo airport will be provided for members who reserve their flights according to the recommended flights provided.

Sponsors are welcome to join, but will be responsible for their own flight cost (EO will cover hotel/dinners/entertainment).

Kids are not allowed to any of the EO events – member would be responsible for any kids’ travel, hotel, and food.

Cancellation/No Show Fees: Members who register and do not cancel prior to February 1, 2023 or are registered and are a no-show at the event will be charged a cancellation fee of $1,000. No exceptions.

Transportation will be provided to/from the airport during TBA time and to/from the hotel to any official EO off-sites.

FAQ

1)      Why are kids not invited?

This was a tough choice and we pride ourselves on family events.  In this instance we made a call to provide an adult only international experience.  Our hope is we can create deep connections with our fellow members and look forward to another event that includes children.  This one simply was designed without kids or extra guests

2)      Do I have to attend the events?

Of course not but they are highly encouraged and where a lot of the budget is going.  Stay connected and make it a point to meet new members

3)      Do I need a passport?

Absolutely and it should not expire within six months.  In addition if you don’t have Global Entry consider it for easy travel in and out of the country.  Platinum AMEX even covers the fees

4)      Is Mexico safe?

We feel Cabo is extremely safe and depends on tourism at the same time use common sense when in another country.  If unsure of anything or uncomfortable its always safest on the property.  Beautiful experiences exist outside the resort, but the resort also has everything you need and more
